  • We have two options for pickup and delivery:

    1) Our local branch located at 4215 Hiawatha Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55406 , less than 10 mins from MSP

    2) Or if you select Airport Delivery, your vehicle will be waiting for you on the Red Ramp.

  • All drivers must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license and an active account with TURO. Luxury Rentals must be 21 and up.

  • At MSP Rent A Car, we require bookings to be made at least 3 hours in advance for onsite bookings. For Airport Delivery we may require more time. This helps give our staff time to prepare your vehicle.

  • Yes. In most cases total trip mileage is limited to 200 miles per day. That means a 3-day trip is allowed up to 600 total miles before incurring a fee. We calculate total mileage by taking pictures of the odometer before and after your trip.

  • In most cases, MSP Rent A Car doesn’t charge extra fees. It is free to add approved second drivers or to cancel your trip as long as it’s outside 24 hours of your reservation start time.

    You may be charged fees if you break the Terms of the Car Share Agreement, go over on miles, or return the vehicle with less fuel than you received it in.
